It seems the Patriots are staying on top of everything this offseason. Now that Chad Scott is done for the year, they’ve brought in some fresh meat, six-year veteran Dante Wesley to sure up the secondary. Wasting no time, he was traded and at practice today. So, who the hell is he?

He was originally drafted by the Carolina Panthers in 2002 and even played *gasp* against the Patriots in Super Bowl 38. Mostly contributing on special teams, he spent last season with the Chicago Bears and appeared in Super Bowl 41. Hmmm, maybe he’s like some team good luck charm.
